What countries do you ship to?

We ship to countries/regions that fall within the following regions;

  • Europe & Middle East (Asia)
  • USA, Canada & Mexico
  • Rest of World (Antarctica, Oceania, South America)

Shipping costs may differ for these regions, shipping will be calculated when finalising the checkout of your order.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We do not offer any form of exchange on our products. For returns, please see Refunds & Returns policy by clicking here.

How long will it take to get my order?

Due to all our products being handcrafted and customised to your specifications, please expect them to take time. Our crafting and customisation process generally takes 7 to 10 working days. Orders can sometimes take slightly quicker or slightly longer, depending on the production schedule we are working with at the time of the order being placed. Due to all our products being handcrafted and customised, please bear in mind that minor differences & blemishes may occur from one pair to another.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched with our chosen courier provider, you'll be notified and will receive a tracking code for your parcel. For more information, please contact us here - info@shinnies.co.za.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery, please notify us within 7 working days of such delivery. We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice repair/replace the product as soon as possible (if such repair is possible/we have the same product in stock to use as a replacement) or credit your account with the purchase price of the product (or refund you if that is your preference).
