2. How to send your boots to us? You can send the boots with any courier company you are comfortable with. Alternatively you can drop them off yourself.

How long will it take to get my order?
Due to all our products being handcrafted and customised to your specifications, please expect them to take time. Our crafting and customisation process generally takes 7 to 10 working days. Orders can sometimes take slightly quicker or slightly longer, depending on the production schedule we are working with at the time of the order being placed. Due to all our products being handcrafted and customised, please bear in mind that minor differences & blemishes may occur from one pair to another.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to countries that fall within the following regions;

  • USA, Canada & Mexico
  • Rest of World (Antarctica, Oceania, South America)
Shipping costs may differ for these regions, shipping will be calculated when finalising the checkout of your order.
How do I know when you receive the boots / when my order is shipped ?
We email you every step of the way - you'll receive an email from us to confirm the boots have been received at our HQ. We will then be back in touch with tracking details once the boots are ready to be returned.
