Delivery Place

Strapzy’s Shinnies delivers goods ONLY in the Republic of South Africa, between Monday and Friday and only during working hours. Please ensure that you provide us with your daytime delivery details as products are typically delivered between 8:00 – 16:00.

Strapzy’s Shinnies DOES NOT deliver to P.O. Box addresses. The parcel will be delivered to the physical address the Customer specified in the sales process. If nobody is present at that address at the time of delivery, the delivery staff return the parcel to the closest central distribution hub. The Customer is liable for collection and delivery costs for collecting the undelivered goods.

It is important for customers to ensure that the order, contact and address details are accurate before concluding the sales process as changes cannot be made once the order is confirmed. The acceptance of your order implies the confirmation of the destination address and any related contact details over and above the product details.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is applicable for all orders placed where the customer has a total order spend of MORE THAN R650.00. The delivery will be organised by Strapzy’s Shinnies and will be finalised within 10 working days. Should the customer require the stock urgently, the customer will need to organise the collection of the goods on their own account.

Regular Shipping

For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, shipping will be organised by Strapzy’s Shinnies with our designated service provider (a third party) unless the customer determines that they will collect from the agreed upon premises.

The costs of the shipping will be determined based on the delivery destination, the order quantity, volume and weight of each order. The costs will be communicated to the customer before the order is concluded and prepared for delivery.

Customer Receiving

Strapzy’s Shinnies will contact the customer on the day of the delivery to confirm the ability to deliver. The customer receiving the goods is responsible for inspecting the quality, description and quantity of the stock received.

The signing of the delivery note indicates the acceptance of the stock. Should discrepancies be identified, the customer should note the differences on the invoice and sign-off. The Customer should notify the Strapzy’s Shinnies staff immediately.

The risks and rewards of the goods is passed onto the customer on signature of the delivery note.
